At Unlimited Potential, we take great pride in providing high-quality art prints that are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns for framed art prints with glass within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the following conditions are met:
• The item must be in its original condition and unused, with all original packaging and labels still intact.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process a replacement or full refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us:
Please reach out to our customer service team at upllc1776@gmail.com or through our Contact page to initiate a return. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable, such as for damaged or defective items).
2. Pack the Item Safely:
If you’re returning the item for any reason other than damage, please pack it in its original packaging (including glass, if applicable) to avoid any breakage or further damage during the return shipping process. Framed prints are fragile, and we want to ensure they arrive safely.
3. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in the original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take extra care in packaging your framed art prints to avoid any damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
1. Document the Damage:
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, the damaged print, and any broken glass if applicable.
2. Contact Us Immediately:
Email us at upllc1776@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged product. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Replacement or Refund:
Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement framed print at no extra charge. We will cover the return shipping for defective or damaged products.
Exchanges
We currently do or do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your art print for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized items.
• Products that have been used or damaged due to improper care.
• Any items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
